To the Completion of secondary Education in two Years
The Zinzendorf Schools offer an alternative path to the completion of secondary education with the two-year vocational college.
Because of our diverse educational program and the possibility to switch between the different types of schools, the vocational college opens new prospects – especially when the pursued educational completion seems unattainable, be it the secondary school diploma or the Abitur.
In order to visit the vocational college a basic school leaving qualification or a report card from a middle educational institution or from a high school is necessary. In two years, the secondary educational completion can be attained.
Through the fundamental reappraisal of the traditional main courses combined with all new concentration courses, students can find a new motivation for their further scholastic path.
Vocational School for Economics
The vocational school for economics focuses on the profile courses Professional Competence (Economics and Business, Data Processing) and Professional Practical Competence (Data Processing with Office Experience).
Practice oriented lessons and projects offer students interested in economical topics many possibilities to apply their skills.
The main classes German, English, and mathematics are complemented by natural sciences and remedial teaching in elective classes on the hour board.
In order to have a good start into the professional world, it is important to start exploring professions and training possibilities early on, and to find out which professions correspond with individual skills. We support our students in orienting themselves professionally with a two-week professional internship and with an anual job fair "JOBwärts"! organized by us.The fair not only informs of many professions and training possibilities, it mainly offers networking chances with regional companies.

More than School!
Our broad offer of work groups opens possibilities for the youths to spend their free time in a productive way. Musically, an orchestra, a wind orchestra, a Jazz band and diverse choirs are waiting for musicians or singers. Various theatre and art clubs open stage and studios. Sports such as golf, archery, track and field athletics, basketball and many more offer fun and new challenges.
The individual path to reach the goal
After completing the vocational school for home economics and nutrition, there ist he possibility to continue at the „Wirtschaftsgymnasium“ [Highschool for economics] or the „Sozialwissenschaftlichen Gymnasium“ [Highschool for Social Studies] to obtain the higher education entrance qualification or to train to become an educator. And all that without changing schools.
Students who live too far from Königsfeld to travel from their home on a daily basis can find a second home and intensive study support in our boarding schools.
